Experience was not good place online order at 6:32 went to pick them up they wasnt ready at in 20 minutes like they said they... gave my order away. I didnt get no food or my money back. The wings literally made me sick! Vomiting & my stomach is currently on level 1,000 ???? This is the second time eating from... this location & my stomach was upset last time just not as bad as tonight. I thought I would give I a second chance since it?sclose by but that was the wrong choice! I?m not sure what went wrong but I think it?s the oil. This location is so ghetto. Online orders never ready as promised. Filthy inside. Workers are dropping plastic trays on the... floor and not cleaning them. It?s a shame this is the closet location to me as I still drive out my way to go to further andbetter locations. Read more
This was my first time eating here and let me say how impressed I was the customer service was top notch. Everyone was so very... friendly even the manager came out to check on how our food was and if we needed anything. I have been to many many full servicesit down places where they don't even check on customers and this was a little hole in the wall size wise, order at the counterand grab your own drinks type of place. Very impressive. The food. It was absolutely delicious. The chicken was well cooked andnice and crispy. The sauces and seasonings were mouth watering, The place was really clean and well taken care of. I wish I hadtried it sooner. Read more
This location never answers the phone. I understand being busy but I have called three different times starting at 8 and now... it?s 9:16 and I?ve been on hold three different times for over 20 min each time waiting for someone just to pick up. This is notthe first time this has happened. Last time I order from this location I had to pull up and they were in the location listeningto music ignoring the phone I was still on while walking in the store. This is my last time spending any money at this locationbecause obviously the employees do not care about their customers or their jobs. Read more
