I was so excited when I this location the other day! I have always loved WINGSTOP. So I placed an order online today, the two... men working were so nice and funny! But I?m so disappointed in the food :( I typically go to the olentangy River location nearmy work and it?s always so good. Today I asked for extra fry seasoning, none was put on there at all, wings just didn?t tastelike the typical Louisiana rub I get and my coke was just straight flat. I was going to say something about the coke while I wasstill in the store but they two guys were so nice and having a fun time singing. Hopefully it improves! Horrible service, did not even get to order. Walked in and stood for five minutes finally somebody came to the front, I told her... I wanted to place an order. She told me that I would have to place the order online because she could not stop working andwalked away from me. I walked out and did not place order online. I went to pickup our family order (almost $50!) and the two ladies were doing a fantastic job when a guy comes in from the back... with his coat on and starts to prepare food. I ask him "would you please wash your hands before handling my food". His responsewas a real indignant "there is a bathroom back there" and continuing to prepare food. I told the lady I didn't want food he ispreparing without him washing his hands. She was very apologetic, he continued making somebody's food. This just plain nasty.I'll call corporate tomorrow. You can?t have the word wings in your name and not only don?t sell actual wings(boneless is not wings), but it tastes like... garbage. Like, talk with people who make wings ?life? and listen to what they say. The last two times I have ordered at this location, I was waiting around 30 minutes past the requested time. The order was... placed 2.5 hours prior. This is not the first time this has happened after I thought about attempting to give this locationanother try. I believe someone did not show to work today from what I overheard. Additionally, people were given food out oforder. Someone who arrived after me received their food before me. The food tastes fine, other than wings it?s just the waitthat?s an issue.
