The tables were dirty when we came in , they were food crumbs , napkins , table number on left there and on the floor .... Playground was super greasy. And they forgot to give me my drink for my combo and milk for kid?s happy meal . I have to go backask for it . We dined in with table number sign didn?t mean anything to them , they won?t deliver to you which is fine to me ifthey can get your order right . And they don?t have holloween buckets nor kids toy included from the Happy meal . Read more
I ordered a Homestyle Burger and requested it be large sized. It came with a large fry and medium drink, usually when you say... male it a large the drink is a large as well. The urge had so much Mustard I had to use a napkin to wipe it off the burger justso I could eat it. No one eats a burger with that much Mustard on it. Read more
Manager is incompetent and rude. We have two separate accounts that we used for a mobile order. Waited 15 minutes after putting... what spot we were in and decided to go inside to check on the status of our order. After politely showing her that we bothchecked in, she starts acting all unprofessional saying ?your orders right here but you didn?t check in?? clearly ignoring ourphones showing her that we were in spot 1 the whole time. Her employees were noticeably frustrated with her too, because theykeep trying to tell her everyone?s order is messed up and she?s convinced she?s not wrong. Get her out of there???????????? It's McDonald's. We stopped here while traveling and we mainly got drinks inside but a couple also got food. I've been to worse,... I guess, but the drink area was gross. Thankfully they had bottled waters available to buy in a fridge that the cashier handedus. The cashier wasn't rude but also didn't say much. Overall, the service wasn't bad but the cleanliness could have beenbetter. Read more
Hands down, the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. I?ve never even been close enough to think of wasting the time to review... a fast food joint with an such established brand/consistency as McDonald?s, but this place was awful enough to give me theenergy to do so. Was on a road trip with my wife from Austin to Houston, and just stopped to grab a quick cup of coffee. Ittook the McDonald?s staff 20min to get me this single cup of coffee, not to mention the 2-3 other paid customers waiting alongwith me for the same ridiculous reason. The staff was incredibly disorganized, frantically behaved, and had no sense ofcustomer-focused urgency. I do not recommend going here. Read more
The one star is going for the fact that at least the chicken nuggets were warm! They tasted like they were cooked in fish... grease. Everything about this place is just so off putting. First of all, go straight to the kiosk. They apparently don?t takeorders at the register and also they don?t tell people they aren?t doing it. So you will be standing there for 20 minutes beforeyou figure out to go to the kiosk. I watched 6 customers walk out bc of not bad service, but NON EXISTENT service! The tableswere disgusting, the floors were worse, the employees refused to be friendly or exhibit any customer service at all. Wait timeabout 25-30 minutes. Fries were old and not salted or hot. 12/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND STOPPING HERE. Read more
Slow service, workers were not customer friendly. It probably won't matter but, I will not be doing any business with this... establishment at this location any time in the near future. At least 2 of the restrooms were out of order and was not cleaneither. ???? Very disappointed. Read more
