Two stars because the food is never fresh but management is doing what they can with what they got.

I mean, it's a BK... Expecting world class service from any of these joints is a very unrealistic expectation. This place has... definitely gone down hill though and my realistic expectation is that it will be shut down very soon. Ordered a doublecheeseburger and it came with only 1 slice of cheese. It was like they a had a cheeseburger ready and just threw an extra pattyon it. Checked the company for official pics and it's advertised with 2 pieces of cheese. Called the Columbus BK and some girlassured me a double cheese burger only comes with 1 slice of cheese. I don't think that's right... If you can't get a simpleburger down I don't think you'll be seeing BK in Columbus much longer. Expedite the process and don't bother stopping. Read more
Always enjoyed coming here even with the few mistakes they?ve made everyone is only human and not perfect. I asked the girl at the window if she was a full timeemployee along with the other 3 workers and she said yes all 4 of them are FT employees but yet there open for 6.5hrs a day thatto me seems like more of part time job lol what a joke this place has become.
