This is our second time at this facility since it?s been reopened and we probably won?t be going back. First time, the alley... attendant was short and rude with us, didn?t even say hi, good afternoon, etc just told us they were busy and we wouldn?t beable to bowl. I told him I called earlier in the week and reserved 2 lanes, didn?t have record of it, eventually got us into 2lanes. Drinks and food took forever, the bartenders seemed very overwhelmed and everyone lacked training in decent hospitality.Food took over an hour to get to us which was 2 pretzels and cheese bread. Checking out and paying was a nightmare, eventuallyjust took care of everything on one bill because they couldn?t figure out how to split it. Decided ok, they are learning, wewill give it another chance. Second time, they were off to a great start, bowling alley attendant super nice and friendly, hadrecord of our reservation, drinks didn?t take long, staff working seemed to have everything together. We added a 3rd game aftersetting up for 2, no problem, they got it handled for us. Both lanes turned off when we had 2-3 frames left to go and we stillended up paying for the games but they took the shoe rental off, thank you for the gesture but wanted to finish playing buteveryone was annoyed so we called it. Checking out and paying again was a nightmare. Someone in our group said they took care of3 people but yet I still had to pay for 8 people, which was our whole group. I understand being short staffed, I work inhospitality, it?s hard right now. But take the time to train the staff you do have to make enjoyable experiences for customers. Read more
Stopped in for the first time to try the place after it reopened, probably won?t be back anytime soon. Ordered a chicken... sandwich and that was mediocre and not very war, also didn?t come with any of the toppings it was suppose to. Ordered a hot dogwith fries, well that wasn?t very warm either. At this point you?d think it couldn?t get any worse. Well the very first thingthat was ordered was cheese curds with ranch, well when the food was dropped off they never brought them out. Asked the kid whowas running the food and was told as he was running away that they were coming. Fast forward almost 10 minutes have to ask thebartender where they are. She goes as checks and then says they just dropped them. At this point we are finished with out meals. So they get brought out and to no one?s surprise no ranch, but at least these were the hottest item we had. Just a fairwarning the portion sizes are extremely small. Will definitely be thinking twice before i come back as there?s other localoptions with better service. The only plus side was the cold can of beer and the bartender who was working. Read more
Very family friendly business. Food is good. New owners are doing a fantastic job! It\'s great that they\'ve revitalized this... business after the pandemic. Only suggestion, I have so far is staff could be better identified if they had on a team typebowling shirt with a name tag. Keep up the good work and fun times!! Read more
We left after 1 hour and 20 minutes or so. Never got our food. It was very unorganized. No one seemed to know what was going on... at all. The girl that took our order said she wasn\'t our server, but would take it. No one even checked on us for about hour.So we left. Hopefully they figure out and maybe we can try again! Read more
1 of 3 tables being served at the time but still had to wait over an hour for our food. Ordered an appetizer that was never... brought out. When food finally arrived only it was only 2 of the 3 burgers ordered. Waited longer only to have wrong burgerbrought out. Nice place to go bowling but will never go back for food and definitely can\'t recommend anybody else try! Read more
Server took our order & brought 2 of the 5 drinks - we had to go to bar to get the rest. Food took an hour to arrive, brought to... us by another employee - and wasn?t how we ordered. (Wrong kind of cheese on burger & waffle fries, rather than the dippers thatwere ordered. Burger was OK(other than wrong kind of cheese) -but Very few fries.Our server never came back to see if we neededanything. Was the worst dining experience I?ve EVER had. Read more
