I go to this place simply out of convenience. Service is okay. If you plan on ordering more than one meal at a time, make sure... to check your bag before driving away from the window. My order is almost always wrong. They have forgotten something or addedsauces to burgers that I specifically said I did not want. On my last visit here, I ordered a plain crispy chicken sandwich andI wanted to have bbq to dip the sandwich in and one of the guys told me I had to pay for BBQ sauce. Since when does McDonald'sask though to pay for BBQ? On my visit before that they completely forgot to give me my crispy chicken sandwich. HORRIBLE service. Fries are ALWAYS cold and hard, cant make a burger correctly to save their life. Never answer the phone. The... past 5 times ive went which has been over a 6 month period have been horrible, and they dont care to do anything but give outcoupons for free food. Read more
I would give a zero . Most important- both unisex bathrooms were awful- in need of cleaning (10/09 at noon) T paper all over... floor in one and the other had seat up and had not been flushed for awhile. Also no iced latte. This franchise should do thewalk of shame. Read more
I would rate this McDonalds negative stars if I could. The drive thru worker (on the headset) could not take our order no matter... how many times we said it. He ended up charging us for the wrong order. He then asked us to order inside. We did and proceededto wait 40 minutes for our food. It was a simple 2 two cheeseburger meals. When we got our food, the fries were cold. They alsodid not have sweet tea. It was 5:00 in the afternoon?right before supper rush. I will not go here again. Read more
The staff is so friendly. They ran out of smoothies so I got an iced coffee instead and they also gave me a blueberry muffin on... the house. Very accommodating nice people. Truly care. Read more
If I could leave a negative number I would We waited in line to get to the drive thru had to wait at the speaker box for... someone Waited in line for almost 20 minutes they weren't even busy there was one car ahead of us and one car behind us We willnot be returning to this location!
