I love Egg Mcmuffins. Whenever I come to this location, they are hot and fresh! I recently traveled to two other states and went... to a few McDonalds for breakfast whose Egg McMucfins were NOT good. Lukewarm with cardboard bread. I was wishing I was back inColville to get a fresh, HOT, and yummy breakfast. Plus they makw it how I like it without butter. Management: please train your employees to simply be better representatives; they?re serving the public. While 99% of the time... the service is good, Sunday 10/30/22 around 1:00 pm was the last. A man with very dirty hands and hair that needed to be washedacted as if he had better things to do. He burned MY HAND with coffee. Stained my new car including the inside of my window. He smirked and asked RUDELY, ?well do you want it or not?? Meaning the coffee?I was so shocked by being burned I couldn?t driveaway until the stinging stopped. I had to clean the mess at the window with my OWN towel. Napkins or nice not offered by thisupstanding McDonald?s worker. I have had other poor experiences at this particular location, but overlooked or tossed the foodaway. Only once did I request a refund because the food was truly awful and I didn?t eat it. The manager credited meimmediately. Speaking of the manager, I called her to inform her of this incident, she offered me a free meal that I declined. After declining the meal, she became quite abrupt and started saying:. "bye...bye..bye..." I said THIS IS A TRAINING ISSUE &REFLECTS ON YOU! She ended the call with another "bye" in a very dismissive tone. Will not be coming back to the Main StreetColville, WA location even again. When relative or friends are visiting from out of town there are far better places to lunchthan here. Read more
visited this MC'D's 10-8 late night as I was working out of Spokane and I have to say this is hands down the best food I have... ever had at a MC'D's. The fries were super fresh, hot and the Big Mac literally looked like the ones on the commercials.Everything was great! my co-worker ordered the same and his was awesome as well! I've had some questionable experiences at otherlocations in the past but would definitely recommend this one! Read more
Usually this McDonald's is very good, but today at 1050am we got a large order of fries that were barely warm. I paid 4 dollars... for cold french fries. Service was poor too except for the friendly smiling cashier lady who is always good. Hopefully it'sbetter next time. Read more
I love how friendly the people are! They greet you and you feel like they mean it!!The place is clean as in squeaky clean! I... honestly have never seen a cleaner fast food place! We stopped by after a baseball game on 7-11-2022 and everyone was really impressed with a particular employee who was an older... woman. She brought our food to the table (crazy!) and was just so nice and friendly! We just weren?t expecting service like thatin a fast food environment! Read more
Food doesn't have the quality of other McDonald's I went too. Ex long haul truck driver. So I have been a few. Also on veterans... day was advertised too give us vets a breakfast meal. Pancake I think. I looked it up on line. And when I got there they told methis store doesn't participate in that. But those workers are very good. Nice polite fast. Atmosphere. Dim lightening.
