Just went in for a coffee. I'm not satisfied the two that made the order didn't pay attention to the order at all. And the... coffee was horrible. Disappointed because I have had great coffee here before. Won't be going back to the safeway starbucksanymore. Read more
This is by far the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. The girl at the counter is always incredibly rude and has a a nasty... attitude. No customer service skills whatsoever. I had to ask her to honor a promotion that was on a sign taped to the register.She didn?t know what I was talking about even though it was several days into the promotion, read the sign herself, and thensaid she?d only honor the promotion if it rang up that way on the register. If there was a way to leave "0" stars I would. This is the only Starbucks that I've been to where not a single barista knows... what a cold foam cold brew is. And when asked to get it remade they give you attitude. And I think I issue is lack of trainingfrom management. If it's a drink that isn't usually ordered don't order it. Stick to regular lattes and fraps here and even thenthere's a good chance it'll be made wrong. Also why is this the ONLY Starbucks where some baristas say I need to pay for a watercup? Read more
This is not your typical Starbucks where everything operates like a well oiled machine, this is the redheaded step-child of the... Starbucks family. I order the largest cold brew coffee available with no room. This is always my order and it is given exactlyas written. No other Starbucks has EVER had issue with this order or ever directed me to use other terminology in order to makesure my order is correct. This Starbucks messed up this seemingly simple enough order THREE times in a row with a 50/50 chanceof some confusion and the question of whether it's a "Toddy" or not! No other location has ever asked me that nor had to have methen break down to the "barista" what I was ordering. It's to the point of being very very comical. Unfortunately this is theonly Starbucks in Colville, WA and I have an unhealthy addiction to SB's cold brew. If this was a rating for their cold brewcoffee it would be 7 star. 2 additional stars for giving me the strength to deal with these shenanigans. Read more
