I don't see why people complain about there orders that they order. People complain about donuts its not like the timhorton... workers control that if u were to buy 6 donuts and say each one individually it automatically converts to a 6 pack of donutsunless it's a specialty donut which u can't punch in on a 6 pack.and since u don't pay attention when they read ur order to u orwhen ur orders on the screen infant of your face that's ur fault for not having that item on your order not the workers Read more
I got breakfast there this morning, I ordered a harvest breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, a hashbrown, and a large roasted... hazelnut cold brew with espresso cold foam. The breakfast sandwich was on a English muffin and the cold brew was bitter, it wasjust coffee, cream and the espresso cold foam. No hazelnut at all, it would be nice if I got what I actually paid for. And it'snot the first time they have messed up my order, from ordering a bagel with cream cheese and not getting the cream cheese, I'veeven gotten a different bagel with cream cheese but I paid for a specialty bagel not a plan bagel with cream cheese. I stop onmy way to work so I dont get to check to see if my food is correct until I arrive at work, I don't want to be that person thatholds up the line to check to make sure my order is correct. Every time I've been here it has been a decent experience. Nothing out of the ordinary, food generally comes quick and employees... seem nice. Restaurant itself is clean although the washrooms could be taken care of better. Read more
Today, me and a bunch of friends went threw the drive threw and we were disappointed in the service we received. not only was... the staff disrespectful when I ordered, I ordered a 6 pack of donuts and 2 ice caps since I had the coupon for it. The staffcharged me separately for each and every donut because I wanted one speciality donuts in my pack, I was being very nice andasking why then I was yelled at from another employee telling me that?s ?it?s because you have one speciality donut? and a veryloud and rude tone. That?s not all, I said I wanted two ice caps when I was at the speaker and after I paid I only received one,then I asked them ?where?s my other one? then the staff said that they would have to charge me for another one even tho they hadalready charged me because my order was 23 DOLLARS, and after they charged me again they had already had one made on the sidebut pretended to make another one again. Feel somewhat ripped off. Never get these cuz they're so expensive and then I got one and it's only three quarters full
