Not sure what's going on but only the drive thru has been open. Being a truck driver that fuels at this location 4 to 5 times a... week, it's very frustrating to not be able to grab something else besides gas station food. When will the damn dining room openback up?? Read more
I have been 3 times, and no more. Cold French fries. Hamburger was forgotten. I forgot to order ketchup at the order up window... and asked for it in the end, and the guy lectured me about ordering it first thing. I apologized, and he shut the window on meas I was speaking and turned to get the ketchup. He put it in a plastic bag, opened the window, and handed it to me, "take it". If I hadn't just got done working a 12 hour shift, I would have gotten out of the car and spoken to the manager. Read more
Our cashier had been standing for 6 hours and was ready to get out of there. Despite that, he provided excellent service and the... food came out promptly. All in all, not bad McDonald's. Not bad. Read more
Ordered 2 egg mcmuffins with ham egg & cheese at window. When got home, no ham on sandwiches only egg & cheese. At $4 a... sandwich, not worth the cost of gas to go back & get it corrected. Seems each time there is a problem with an order at the drivethru. Read more

McDonald's what is happening? This is by far the most unpleasant visit ever. Went in the car line. Took 21 minutes to place our... order, not because there were a lot of cars ahead of us (there were 3), but because the person at the first window taking theorders allowed two different people to walk up in front of us and order. Why? Send them inside or tell them to wait between theappropriate cars. Then when we finally got the order the person didn't ask if everything was OK, he just closed the window andleft. Wanted to request some condiments, like salt, pepper, and jam since they aren't included unless you ask for them. Myattitude after this was not good for at least half an hour. We only go to McDonald's for the speed...you have lost it. Itappears that going local would have been a better experience. Read more
It was a typical McDonalds in the sense that the food was up to par, but the dining room was closed and you had to sit in the... adjacent Subway dining area, which wasn?t as nice. Also, the Once cream sundae was white small. Read more
Went through the drive-thru at the S-14th location and it wasn't horrible, the only thing I had to complain about was the buns... on the burgers were somewhat hard compared to a fresh one, besides that it's your typical McDonald's experience. Read more
