My local Dunkin, I don't go anywhere else, as they always make my coffee exactly how I like it. Consistency is Key when it comes... to coffee shops, and especially with Corporate Brands like Dunkin. My coffee always tastes off and different when I go to otherDunkin stores, which is why I even drive out of the way to come here for my coffee!! Read more

I don't drink coffee and I don't eat doughnuts so this review will be based on other factors like the service and the parking... lot. Oh, and if you are wondering why I was there it was to purchase doughnuts for someone else. I walked into the building asopposed to joining what looked like the equivalent of a Long Island Expressway type of drive-thru. I don't know who designed theparking lot but those who choose to park (and then want to leave) are faced with a very difficult situation. Once I was able toget to the inside counter I waited and had to say "hello, hello," is anybody here?" One employee did look at me but continuedwalking by. I finally had an employee approach the counter but they did not seem thrilled to be there. This employee was alsospeaking very quietly but made sure to loudly slam those register buttons when I ordered that "special" doughnut. I kept saying"what?" but they continued to lack any customer service skills. This place needs to take a look at all areas of the business.From the cars "blocking" people in to the lack of customer service; I would not recommend going here, it's not "worth the trip." Read more
Every time I come to this location they give me the WRONG order! I paid $12 for coffee, a plain bagel with butter and a BEC.... What I received is 2 sides of bacon and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. I attempted to call but no one ever answersthe phone there and they never provide a receipt. This isn?t the first, second or third time this has happened. I only go tothis location for convenience but now not anymore. Read more
Worst dunkin I?ve ever been to. Went there once in drive through and got a donut, which happened to me so stale it was hard to... bite, they were nice and gave me another, which was also stale but I took it anyway. I thought maybe it was a one time thing butwe went again today and got a donut and 25 munchkins ALL stale, so stale they are inedible. Will not be going to this dunkinanymore. This needs to be fixed.
