I have at least 5 cups of lattes a day I have to say the best dunkin donuts near by are LARKFIELD RD EAST NORTHPORT and... COMMACKRD ..... I always have an issue with my coffee here but today I ask for a latte and they give me an iced coffee ( chargeme for a latte ) and I don't know if they realize that but I drink a latte at least 3 times a day I know the difference between a latte and an iced coffee .... unfortunately it's not the first time it happen so I'm not going to come here ever again !!! I was at this store to buy an ice cream cake, picked up from the freezer, paid and ask them to do a wrtting but before she did... that i saw the lady bug ???? cake and asked for a switch they said NO because i already paid. But it's in your possession andyou haven't written on it why can't i switch they refuse for a few min and later agreed but wont return the balance because theLady bug cake was cheaper. Bought corn muffin half hour ago. Now home, I could hammer a nail with it. Called the location to inform them, first question... was " do I have a receipt" Then I could come back if I wanted. Get your late night coffee when Starbucks is closed. Also hot tea and egg sandwiches to go. This location is now open until 4am... . I don't know why- most businesses in area are closed by 10pm. Their drive through is pretty accurate. Read more
Zero stars. Went 7pm or later 3 times.. never again. Night crew just don't want to work. Bad attitude, slow, they talk to their... friends outside of the store.. don't want to fulfill any night orders.
