ordered loaded waffle fries and a friend-z to go. Definitely not worth the expense. There was one piece of bacon and barely any... cheese. With the friend-z I paid for extra toppings and they weren?t put in. This is the third and last time I?ve had an issuehere as I will not be returning again. Definitely not what it used to be. Thank you for this opportunity to share ... express ... share opinions ... our waiter was fantastic ... attentive ... truly a... "team member " however, the manager "Joe" was totally disrespectful in the presence of my family and I ... sitting in a boothnear Joe as he was clearing the table next to us ... he belittled "the waiter" very ... very loudly ???????????????????? beingaccusational towards "the waiter"???????? my heart sank as I saw the "hurt ... pain ... embarrassment" ... literally "almost"wiped the smile from "Angel's" face ???? I worked at friendly's for 7 years. The food is pretty good but the service is terrible because management frequently sends... home half the staff to save on labor costs. Waitstaff are expected to make their own icecream orders, take to go orders, bustables and wash dishes, and even at times work the grill. It's IMPOSSIBLE to provide good customer service when the waitstaffhave so much to do. They can't possibly pay appropriate attention to dining room customers because there simply isnt enoughtime with all the extra duties expected of them. Read more

we had a group of 12 after a big homecoming game and angel was one of the best waiters we?ve ever had; he was so funny and kept... us laughing all through the night. the food was amazing and just what we needed after a long and exciting day! Read more

I love Friendly's ice-cream. Especially when its covered in their peanut butter sauce! You still get a deal here compared to... other places these days. This location is ok, but i don't blame the staff, which for the most part is very friendly (lol) Theycan be very slow, seem overworked / overwhelmed. In this post covid world this place is good, kids still love it. Read more

Went here to get my grandpa a fribble and it was strawberry milk, I brought it back in and they remade it essentially the exact... same. So I gave this review a few days after we ate there to see if it would change. My wife and I went there for Linner. We haven?t... been there in quite some time and I can?t even think of a valid excuse besides the coof ????. Anyhow what drew us there wasthere new Cheese Hat Burger and previous fond memories. The place was empty for the most part but there were a few tables beingoccupied. It took a few minutes to be seated (we were the only ones waiting). We were finally seated and waitress was verynice and to the point with us. We asked questions/suggestions and we had answers. Shortly after we realized She was on theSOLE person running the dining room. She was the maitre?d, waitress and bussing tables at the same time. Considering hercircumstances she did well with us as far as getting refills and checking up on us as we went through the courses of our meal. Due to the fact fee haven?t been there in a while as well as being hungry we well full courses. App, Main Course andDessert. App was their sampler?amazing Dinner I got their Cheese Hat Burger which was ON POINT?my wife got a regular hamburger Dessert was Jim Dandy and Brownie Dessert Platter. You can split each one for 2 but we failed to realize that when weordered. Where things went south?not Friendly?s fault? Manager is a complete waste of space?remember the Waitress being everyrole inside the dinning room? Out of now here for the first time the entire time we were there?he appeared. Older gentleman?wewere waiting for dessert?he came out of no where and told the waitress that 36 looks like a trash dump. I ordered from The Seaside Seafood Company on Door Dash. Turns out, I just paid from some overpriced Friendly's food. Aside from... the grossly false advertising and the fact that I would never order from Friendly's due to previous terrible experiences, herewas my experience today: 1) Soda was missing. 2) Cole Slaw was WARM and tasted spoiled. 3) Salad was wilted and old and warm -Tomatoes had a sour taste. 4) Lobster Roll (something I would NEVER order from a non-seafood place) was on a previously toastedyet cool hot dog bun and was luke warm instead of cool. After a few minutes and a few bites, I began to feel nauseated as if itwas no good and stopped eating it. Decided to try the last thing - the Clam Chowder. 5) The ONLY temperature proper item wasthe very thin New England Clam Chowder with about 10-15 pieces of diced canned clams, a ton of barely cooked potatoes. This souphad clearly been rushed. It was, in a word, BAD. I couldn't eat even half of the chowder or lobster roll without feelinggrossed out. It's all in the garbage now. I took an antacid and a Probiotic in anticipation of a terrible ride out of mydigestive tract. Straight nasty. Buyer Beware. Read more
