OK... I know I'm not the only one WHO would prefer NOT to have RANDOM SALIVA folded into my SANDWICH, am I ??? Preparers should... cover their mouths when making sandwiches, because those "P" and "D" word conversations they're having with customers areproducing SALIVA spray!!! I would give 5 stars for the taste of the sandwiches but unfortunately not for the Hygiene which seems to take place across the... chain (at least in two locations ive visited in Commack). The staff although extremely pleasant prepares sandwiches with theirhands using the same gloves that they handle money with and also use the register with as well as cleanup between sandwiches. I cannot understand why gloves are not replaced between sandwiches and/or limiting a cashiers duty to just cashier rather thandressing sandwiches with their hands and then proceeding to handle money etc. Has anyone thought about Tongs for the dressingsor changing gloves if there are double duties? I work right next door basically and go there fairy often. Today the young lady Brianna went above and beyond to make my... experience great. So I work down the road literally down the road. They take too long making sandwiches for me to go there so I order thru there... app. One my food said to be delivered 3:01pm I kept tracking them. Past my job and headed north to other stops. My food gotdelevired 3:15 pm Second I did not ask for lettuce tomato onion. I wrote Mayo and pepper on special instructions whic I did notget on it The workers there really don?t care about there customers. Shame the quality is really going down hill of customerservice with them. 12/2/21 ordered again this time i ordered Mayo on my sandwich and which there is none. Again these guysneed to be retrained . I thought this place was a good place. So disappointed. 12/14/21 Jersey sloppy Mikes again aims todisappoint. Always forgetting something and when you remind them they slop it on. I?ve never been to Jersey Mike?s before today. I honestly didn?t know it was on L.I. I first heard about them yesterday on fb... when I saw the free hero coupon. Anyway, I went this evening and the line was lonnnnng. It was clear they had been giving awayfree sandwiches all day. They were working non-stop and it was BUSY. It was the end of the night and they were starting to runout of bread and a few other items. I must say all of the employees work well under pressure. You had ppl coming up to the frontof the line pretending they waited and people ungratefully complaining about not getting there in time to get a ?free? sandwich(rude). I asked the cashier if she could give me the names of the other employees. I just wanted to mention how patient theywere. I mean they were back there workin? ok? So thanks to you all for a job well done. It?s not that often I experiencepositive attitudes and amazing customer service.
