Jimmy ruined my KFC experience?he takes your order for drive thru. No greeting, was rude and condescending. I rode up in a good... ole mood but it was completely ruined. I told him I haven?t ordered from KFC in a while so I would need his help. Why did Ibother this guy had no customer service skills and needs to be retrained IMMEDIATELY! I will never eat at KFC again andespecially at this location. I should have just went to BayShore or Central Islip but never again. What really did it was when Iasked what?s the difference in the small and large chocolate cake this simpleton says small when he should have known I wastalking price difference. Never again! I will stick to POpeyes because they would never talk to customers like this. $31.24 ofmy wasted hard earned dollars never again!!! DO BETTER! After my Granddaughters gymnastics class we wanted something fast and affordable. Took home a large bucket and three sides and a... chocolate cake. All four of us enjoyed a great hot meal. My son and I are big eaters and there was more than enough food. Staffwas attentive and establishment was clean. Would definitely recommend this KFC. Read more

This girl at drive through window 4:41pm Saturday kept going back n fourth with a customer where you order from the drive... through. she?s asking him can you hear me and he kept ordering so I went in front of him and she made me go back at the end ofthe line. Then afterwards she tells another customer to wait at the side then she tells the customer that?s not a parkingclearly she?s having a bad day. Yesterday when I ordered a sandwich combo, the fries were hard and cold. The chicken sandwich was dried out. When I took it back... to the drive through, I asked if they have any food that is fresh and hot? Her reply was ?NO? I was shocked.
