Terrible customer service. They?d rather go back and forth with customers on the phone (as opposed to telling them to hold) with... a long line in front of them. Was Just picking up a delivery (I at some point waved my hand and raised my voice slightly to getthe gentleman?s attention at the register) and made it explicitly clear to them, yet they chose to ignore me and make me waitwhile I stood there looking at the order packaged and ready to go on a counter nearby. No problem. I don?t go out my way totarnish any businesses image in any way. Especially the small guys. But if the owner or anyone who cares is viewing this, theemployees/representatives of this store more than earned this poor review. Read more
Placed an order on the slice app and the order never got processed. I attempted to call for a half hour and no one ever picked... up. Unfortunately I won't be giving them a second chance. Read more
