Joana is the reason that this location received 3 stars! The hostess told us that we would have a 15 min wait which is totally... understandable; unfortunately coughed that in our face. Yet after 30 mins, we noticed she seated everyone who came after us.Once we went to her, she told us that we were definitely next; which we were. Joana was so sweet and kind; they ran out ofpretzels for the day. Again understandable. So we ordered wings and tacos. Next, food flies unto our table and it was the tablebehind us, who mumbled a measly apology. All in all, just not the best experience or location. Joana profusely apologized foreverything. Read more
Went here to hang out with some friends and the Dodd and customer service was amazing. Our waiter for the day was the best. I... love their fully loaded fries and their pretzels that they serve with cheese. I love the drink selection that they offered andfood selection was also great. Read more
I am always very pleased and usually though to Miller ale House in levittown. We were meeting someone halfway between our houses... and decided to meet at Miller ale House in commack the food was not good quality The waitress was rude My husband got Frenchonion soup that look like a slab burnt something on top of I don't know what. He showed the waitress and she rudely said wellthen I'll get you another one he said never mind I don't want it food came we had asked three times for silverware I would notrecommend this location. We came by about 4 pm and inquired if they would have New York Yankees game. They assured us it would be on and waitress could... put it ion for us. After arriving and ordering and 30 minutes after game time, they told us they didn't get the game. Almostcanceled our order, but ate fast and left to another sports bar. Read more
Oh man, what a great place to go eat with friends and family. Has a nice sports bar type of vibe. The waitresses and waiters... are very helpful, made the whole experience wonderful. Great food too, I highly recommend the cheese curds, mozzarella sticks,and zingers Mac and cheese. Read more

This place is amazing the customer service the greeting you when you 1st walk in everybody was hospitable. The food is amazing... we had the 35 shrimp and the rib eye was awesome didn't need any steak sauce...well seasoned I would recommend "blackened"cookedto perfection. The manager stop by and greeted us and was extremely thoughtful and concerned we were enjoying ourselves. It wasmy 1st experience here but definitely will not be our last we will definitely come back. Read more
