I ordered a white slice, I got a white slice. It was really, really good. The ricotta was light and seasoned, the mozzarella was... perfectly proportioned and the dough was slightly crispy on the bottom with a doughy/fluffy crust. I really enjoyed this slice.Not everyone makes the white slice properly so when I find the ones that do, I have to compliment them. Read more

This was our go-to pizza joint before moving out-of-state and though we love where we live now, we'd consider moving back to LI... just so we can eat a slice from Pizzaiolo whenever we want. Their plain is banging, and they offer an array of pizza "flavors"that are also worth checking out if you want something a little extra. Their ciabatta sandwiches also don't disappoint. Theciabatta sandwich with the broccoli rabe can be a little oily sometimes (sogging up the bread) but that never stopped me fromre-ordering it. Plus, the portions are huge so you get bang for your buck. I'm also a huge fan of their house salad! For thefamilies: They have a Tuesday pie special ($12 for an 18" regular pie you pickup).
