I have bought my coffee and food from here before, the coffee and food are always delicious. The staff are always friendly and... helpful. The only problem is the location, it's on a major roadway and when there is a long line through drive-thru it goesinto the street and you could be rear ended from traffic. Read more
I asked for a peanut butter cookie and was told by the very rude worker "peanut butter cookie?...no?" so I overheard her bashing... me to another worker. I did not say anything to her as I did not want to cause a scene, I did however complain to the StoreManager later that day, who then offered me the order that I placed to be free of charge the next time I come in, I went in andthere was the girl telling other employees that I complained to the Store Manager and that is why I am getting a free drink, Icertainly will NOT come back here again. Great service and friendly staff. Very patient with my slow order considering how busy the drive thru line was on that day. ... The inside was very clean. Easy access for plugs for my electronic devices. Parking is small and hard to get into consideringthe occasional long lines. I noticed the regulars parked in the adjacent parking lot for the convenience of getting in and outfor pick ups. I was able to get all of my work done and enjoy coffee and a treat. Nothing wrong in particular with the Starbucks, aside from the drive-through being too small for the shop. Parking is also... terrible, it's just too small of a footprint. Sometimes need to be careful when going westbound on Jericho turnpike near thisplace because people may be waiting in the street for drive-thru Read more
