Bad customer services , new employees, they just don?t care.

If I had the option to put zero stars I would. Be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes on a in person order or online order. No... difference. It's the most horrible customer service that should be re-evaluated. Read more
This was the worse Fn service ever. I ordered 2 drinks. I saw the employee literally take 25 min to make one of my drinks.when I... say work I mean she poured a bit,walk away,pored a bit more,made 2 other drinks that where not my order. She had like 5 inplastic ready to be poured in cups. My drink still not full,she poured ice,left my drink worked on other people drinks. Ibrought it to there attention that my drink had been sitting there for 20min incomplete.They said that they were making the foamin the back. Never letting me know when I ordered my drinks that it was gonna take a while because They ran out,giving me atleast the option to pick another drink. The guy workers looks at the worker n said don?t worry who cares ???? Wow incrediblealmost 40min for 2 Drinks. First time trying this place. I got the Honey Boba Frosty Milk and it was amazing. I took a star off because the two people... working were just talking in the back while i was standing there waiting to order. Read more

taro boba slush made well only one other place has made it this good. the talent for taro boba is not as common as it used to... be. they had a line here for a good reason. this location has macarons! it doesn't get much better. lots of parking and targetis nearby. this is in commerce center where there's lots of stores nearby.
