They are very very slow with their service we had to wait 20+ minutes. They also ?only had bottled water? but their soda machine... was working just fine. We have two kids that really needed water. I?m disappointed they have to sell bottled water for profit.Pathetic. Read more
Being an avid panda eater, this location really was disappointing! I don't want to leave a nasty review but my god... I had... requested a bigger plate, and bowl. With waiting for a bit they just gave me a plate... and bowl, when I already paid for myfood. They charged me for the entree 2.25 when adding the entree to the plate combo is another dollar... If only I could read the reviews about this place, they don't even deserve a 1 star! Stuff are so rude here, Vanessa especially!... Cheap owner won't serve cup of water cause it's free, then the bottle of water they supposed to charge is smaller then theregular bottle! Just got done eating my lunch at Panda Express in the Food Court of Citadel Mall. The pros were the same as always great orange... chicken and others like broccoli beef. Food was served fairly quickly even though lunch rush is insane. Only problem is, it wascold and stale from sitting out, I think they need to work on keeping it fresh.
