Who ever worked Night Shift on 11/16/22 sucks at making coffee ??????????? I only got caramel machito and they gave me a 7/11... order?even 7/11 makes better coffee and they don?t even do anything. Over all other shift have been good tho. Read more

If you are planning on getting a quick mobile order early in the morning from here, forget it. Even if you ordered for mobile... pickup, they won?t let you in to pick up and will make you go through the drive thru to pick it up. Expect to take 15-20minutes to pick up your order if the drive thru line is even slightly long. Also don?t trust Google for how busy it is. Got a Venti Iced Caramel Machiatto with 4 shots vanilla sweet cream cold foam and extra caramel drizzle. I ordered it in the... mobile app for pick up. When I got there my coffee was ready but it was missing the cold foam. And the cup was already filled tothe top so I assumed lthat they would put it in a Trenta cup to fit the cold foam you know since I?m paying for these extrashots and the cold foam. The Baristas name was Edith I asked her if they can put the foam on it and she rolled her eyes andlooked so annoyed about it. I mean if it was done right the first time I wouldn?t have to interrupt her flow. She then proceedsto take out some of the extra shots I paid for so the cold foam can fit. Whenever that happens they usually put it in a Trentacup or they just re do it so it has less milk. I disliked that girls attitude. Then at the end I asked for a straw and she gaveout a big sigh. Super EPIC FAIL rude barista kicking people out around 5pm on July 29 2022. Hey I just spent a lot of money there and I had just... come from work and I sat down to eat my food and drink my water when this slime bucket girl comes up to me and tells me they?reclosing down. She says in a very dismissive rude uncivilized on friendly way. I am totally a gas and a gag I can?t believe it mymouth falls open. My blueberry muffin of course is going to get cold because I wasn?t even able to open the the when she told methis. She didn?t give it down that I had spent all the money and that I couldn?t even eat the food I bought.
