Thank God It's Friday! Oh, wait... that's the other one. Well, thank God for giant Margaritas. Something to wash down the Lay's... potato chip of the culinary world. You now how when Lay's flavors a chip it does taste like what they're going for but there'sWAY too much of it? That's every piece of food we were presented with. Sour Cream and Salsa flavored chips are great but not fora meal... especially an $80 meal... Hey, Applebee's, we're not children you're trying to get to eat their dinner by pouringseasonings and condiments all over it. We're adults. There should be a ZERO star option. Our family of 4 walked in and were told that the wait would be at least 30 minutes. They... weren't busy and there were open tables everywhere. Once we were seated, our server brought us our drinks and took our order. Wesat and waited for an hour to get our food (which we never received.) During our wait, 6 other parties were seated after us.They got their food, ate and left. Our server stated that the "cooks in the back are picking the easy orders to cook first." Wewere so confused. All we ordered were burgers, fries and pasta. We waited 15 minutes longer and we couldn't take it any longer.We paid for our drinks and left. We will not be back. Zero out of ten. I do not recommend. They obviously were short handed even though they had plenty of people walking around doing nothing. Ordered all you can eat... wings. Got our drinks the same time we got our food. Never came back to refill our drinks or take another wing refill orderuntil we were completely out of everything. Second order of wings were overcooked but had to either eat them or do without causeno one ever checked on us! Asked for a cup of ice to go 3 times, finally got it as we were walking out. Lots of people got up &left after being seated at a table and lots of people were sending their food back. What made it so bad was they weren't evenextremely busy! Arrived about 4:30 pm yesterday afternoon, parking lot almost empty, had to seat ourselves, acknowledged by a server that walked... by after about 10 minutes but nothing else. Bartender saw us but didn't acknowledge us. Sat a bit longer then left. Horribleservice..left and went to Outback's. Great service by "Lain or Lane" not sure. He was on point and did his job well and withpride. Read more
Table was clean and the food was good! I highly recommend the boneless wings and wonton tacos. Michael was my server and he did... such a wonderful job. He did everything in a timely manner helped me find a good drink on the menu and was super friendly . Hereally made the night fun. Read more
This is the best Applebee's I have been to hands down. The food delicious!!The restaurant is so clean!! The utensils was clean... too. The waiter Micheal is awesome. I love his customer service. He knows how to make you feel welcome. I really will be backhere again. This Applebee's should be voted Best All Around!!! Read more
Good service & food. Prices are ok. They have karaoke sometimes. One thing I'm very disappointed is that they don't give... discounts to seniors neither military ???? ???? to bad they don't honor there military or veterans ???? shm. That is why gavethem 4 start. Read more
I love Applebee's! I've been to this location several times and am never disappointed! We had a really good waitress( wish I... could remember her name) who kept our drinks full and all requests handled! Our food was delicious. Restaurant was clean. We'llbe back! Read more
