Friendly staff. Less than average meal. Very disappointed in the Prime Rib Cheesesteak meal. They did not include the peppers as... advertised plus curly fries were very overcooked and hard and looked more like crumbs rather than curly fries. At $11.19 for themeal it definitely was a downer. It was a take out order. If I had eaten in would have not accepted the poorly prepared meal. Read more

I ordered the turkey gyro and this thing was sad. Only had meat on one side and it look like it had been drug down the road by a... truck. It tasted like it was fresh out of a dustpan .good thing the market lemonade came thru it was refeshing and it got thebad tast of the gyro out of my mouth .its just to bad it cant erase memory . Yep. That?s how you fill a large fry. The rest of the food was okay. We drove 30 minutes home before eating, so obviously it... wasn?t hot and fresh, which isn?t their fault. However, the curly fries were only this full for the large. The crinkle friesthat we ordered weren?t much better. They were closer to the top, but not by much. A couple of our jalapeño poppers didn?t evenhave a jalapeño in them! I had never had that happen at Arby?s before. I would say it was a rather disappointing visit. Read more
