When i placed a $30 order the manager refused to take a $100 bill. I had to go acrossed the street to Walgreens in order to... change the bill. On top of that they gave me a burned piece of bread instead of the hot wings I asked for. Ordered at 6:38 the tracker online said they would be here at 7:41 i called at 8:10 and was told there was a 2 hour window for... delivery now. And was hung up on because i said the tracker should not say 7:41 if we weren't getting the pizza at 7:41 It'snow 8:30 and still no pizza even though the store said the driver was one road over from my house. The manager was not being professional at all he talks to people nasty I called the manager to let him know that my order didn?t... come to my house and I was waiting an whole hour for my order they did not contact me they also lied and said I didn?t put myapartment number when I did and the address was also on my account I didn?t give them the wrong number because they text myphone to let me know that they was on the way with my order it never came and he lied and said that they called me when theydidn?t call me and I didn?t have a way up there to get my order and he was telling me to pay another delivery fee that I didn?thave when I asked for my refund back he gave me attitude and was talk to me nasty I will never spend my money or order fromthis place again they are very unprofessional the drivers name is Gilbert and the manger name is Nicholas Read more
For the last 3 times we've ordered pizza, they are slow between the quality check & actually delivering the food. They are no... longer living up to the 30 minutes or less promise, clearly. Don't order from this store unless you order WAY in advance of whenyou want your dinner. Read more
I've had better pizza I have better service. Their website is always down as I'm sure it's not their fault. So I won't put it in... him. The fact that they constantly have new employees is a bit annoying. Every time I go here And placing order that new personhave to be assisted. I feel like their system is so old it should not even be allow in the store. It's hard to get someone tobring up your order properly. So act up lately to save time I just overplay. We order from different locations all around the US....but this time was awful at this location!!! The pizza looked like a 5... year old had cut them!!! Plus my philly cheesesteak looked burnt up pretty bad!!! And it was hard as bricks...couldnt even eatit!!! Way to drop the ball....you disappoint me!!! Read more
I've been here a few times and this has never happened. Waited 10 minutes at drive thru window then told to pull around front... and park in their VIP parking the pizza would be brought out as soon as it was found. Ok so another employee just walked outand told me my order was given to another customer would I like a cheesy bread in addition to waiting another 10 minutes whilethey made another one. I know it?s game day and maybe a new employee but dang, I counted 7 employees working inside. Wasn?toffered a refund. In total waited in the parking lot 37 minutes. Jesus Christ!! Read more
