Great burger joint! Stopped to fill up and this Fuddruckers was attached to the fuel station. Took me by surprise how nice it... was and how good the food was. Definitely stopping on the next trip through the area. Read more
First off F/R is a great chain burger joint. They are not cheap by my standards. About 30 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Well... worth the cost just not everyday. But I'll repeat myself " it well worth it " :) No for this shop. First off it's not a fullsize stand alone store. It's in a truck stop. Still great but if it's going to be your first time make it a full size standalone store. They were short staffed and it was late when we got there so they were out of a few things. The manger was the onlycounter staff and best I could tell there was one man on the grill and one more working the back and the floor! They all 3looked rode hard and put up wet :( Thing is they were all at their best in every regard. The food was everything I was hopingfor and other than a little wait time it was as close to perfect as it could have been. I had the unfortunate experience of taking my wife and grandson to lunch at this establishment. The Fuddruckers at Commerce is... located within a gas station type travel stop and has and ambience to match the location. A far cry from the Fuddruckers that Iused know. I can't imagine what could have persuaded the corporation management that this would be a good idea. It will onlydamage their image. The food prices are above average for the type of establishment they have become, however, condimentsnecessary and some of the food the serve are below average. While we waited for the meal, I asked for salt, they provide me withtwo small paper packets and indicated that they did not have any more. Then came the worst part, my wife took one bite of herturkey burger, which they have in their regular menu, and found it inedible. It was tasteless and mushy. We ended up splittingmy hamburger. The regular hamburgers and fries were more like the Fuddruckers should be, but it only takes one item to ruin anentire meal. I would not recommend this Fuddruckers to anyone. I could have taken my family to eat at Long Horns for the sameamount of money that I paid. Read more
Heard good things about Fuddruckers. Couldn't wait to try it. Asked for an Elk burger: "We are out of Elk burgers". I settled... for a Bison burger. I asked for a Garden Salad: "We don't have any Garden Salads", came the reply. How long would it take tomake one? I asked. "Quite awhile", was the young ladies reply. Do you make them here or do they come on a truck? I asked. "Theycut up everything here to go on em", was the reply. So not having been there before, this is a big disappointment as I look tomy right to see an entire bar fully loaded of burger toppings from lettuce to whatever but no Garden Salad. The reply aboutsalad wouldn't have been so bad if the young lady wasn't looking like Sorry about your luck with a smug look. So here are 2employees at a register, it is after 1300, and not busy but no salads? Looks to me like someone needs to be making a changesomewhere. The Bison burger was good. Just wasn't what I had in mind. The sweet potato fries were good too. I asked if I couldmake a salad off the burger topper bar and they said Sure. I would return here again for a 2nd chance at an Elk burger.Hopefully the management reads this and teaches someone how to make salads, cross trains people or something. This place use to be very clean but now its infested with flys every where and the floor is very sticky and very slow. The... health department really needs to come here and do a inspection. And i counted over 45 flys not counting the ones i see at theburger toppings and the burgers are not jucy at all they come out burn and hard.Very sad for a place thats not very old theworkers dont seem to care how dirty the place is. And i truly think the only way this place will get back to its former self isto report them to the health department so i will be calling then today. Read more
The soft drinks are very limited today, no salad bar, so you get only burger on the bun without cheese, anything and the girl... Angela who takes the orders doesn't care about her work ay all, not asking for preferences and she is like that withanyone...very disappointed ???? Read more
The restaurant was clean and my burger was amazing as always! Fuddruckers really does have fantastic burgers. The Coke Remix... machines are fun for lots of beverage variety too. The fish and chips definitely leave something to be desired, but as I toldmy son, you did order fish and chips at a burger place. The loaded french fries we ordered we're pretty good, but they forgotthe bacon? And the milkshakes were weird, as if they made them with water instead of milk. The woman taking our order tried toconvince us not to order milkshakes because "it would take 15 minutes to make them" but we said we were going to be sittingthere eating that long anyway and they would be for dessert. When we got them they were very bland. We all agreed there wassomething wrong with them and just threw them away. Read more
The food was ok. Fries were cooked good but a little heavy on seasoning. They were out of turkey burgers and chicken breast... which was a sad outcome for me. The cashier was VERY apologetic which it wasn?t her fault. Read more
