Actually I've never visited Godfather's until about a month ago. I ordered a the classic small individual pizza. It was... delicious. Just for one person and it's worth getting. They're always hot. Probably the best tasting pizza I've had. So if youwant pizza try Godfathers Read more
We?ve enjoyed many yummy pizzas from here in the past! As of yesterday 9/30/21 I?m forced to give 1 star. We ordered a large... Hawaiian (which is always a ?made to order? since it?s not a popular choice). Got home, started eating and noticed the entiremiddle was completely raw dough! Tried cooking it in my toaster oven on Pizza setting 15 min & dough was STILL RAW! Triedcalling the store 5 times! Each time getting a continuous busy signal! Called the main store & several times was transferredand/or disconnected! Finally reached the Godfather?s manager who graciously replaced my pizza today. (Should have checked thepizza when I got to my car)?? 20 min drive home & AGAIN, completely raw dough?? Drove back to return the pizza and get a refund!Got an apology at least! The explanation: Yeah I guess the oven isn?t working properly. SERIOUSLY?? How many other folks gothome and unknowingly ate raw pizza? I did ask the person selling . If they have All meat pizza answer : NO chicken pizza answer : NO cheese pizza answer : ... NO Cheese Bread answer was NO Why you are open for business if you don?t have any product you guys sell . Also why is a ziptie holding the pizza heater ?a doors ?? Why Godfather franchise employee lazy people that don?t know how to serve other people. It would be easy if employee would tell me what product they have ??????????????
