Read a lot of the reviews before coming. My husband and I said "screw it, we'll try it for ourselves" Everything was wonderful.... We were sat by the hostess immediately. No silverware when food was served had to ask for some. Ordered bacon crispy came super flabby. Said hey I was wanting crispy... she took it off in a napkin brought it back. I said is that the same bacon she said she didn't know it was. Freaking gross. Myeggs were burnt. Pancakes tasted old like they were pre made. There was 3 cars in the parking lot. 3 tables that wasridiculious. Gross go somewhere else. Don't let pictures fool you. Look how good it looked. It was all gross. Read more
I love Charm. She is a server that I always use and sit at her table when I go to IHOP to eat. I enjoy her company and her... very cheerful and Sweet disposition. Place is always freezing! Air conditioner turned up way too high. For it to be a new restaurant the building is raggedy. To me... it said they're not taking care of it well. There's no reason table should be wobbly and the edge trim should be coming up offthe floor. Second time eating here and I'm honestly not sure if I recommend it. The food is pretty standard when it comes tocomparing it with any other breakfast serving restaurant there. Had to leave down my server and it was only two customers in thebuilding myself and another. My cheese melt I returned because the cheese wasn't melted! They got it right this second timearound but I also had to wait entirely too long. I would give it an okay and more than two stars maybe later. But for now theyreally need to work on their customer service and the care in to serving people's food. I mean like there's Corona andmonkeypox going around there's no reason you should be touching my plate with unnaturally long fingernails! Stop touching it thebrim of my glass I put my mouth there and I don't know where your hands have been. Not great. The food was just ok. It was under seasoned for my taste. The chicken and egg were both rather bland. I couldn't tell... if my server was sad or stoned. If sad, I've very sorry and I hope it gets better. If you're stoned, remember, puff, puff, pass. Read more
Went here on 01/22/22 after we couldn?t decide where to go. So glad that we did!! I think our waiters name was Matthew, he was... fabulous!! Food was great and hot!! And no we are not Waffle House people (hope I?m not offending anyone but we know I am, justbreathing, we can offend people????) will be back to get my bacon and pancake fix!! First time we ate here service was terrible, this is the 2nd attempt and waited 30 minutes on a to go order only to be told when... I came back in they are out of wraps for the burritos, didn't feel like waiting another 30 mins to order something different ,these things look pathetic. Went back in bc my strawberry cheesecake pancakes were normal after paying for the upcharge. Wentto Walmart to get burrito wraps so at least me and the kid would have something we wanted. Read more
Food quality was average nothing to brag about, waitress was very accommodating for a group of 8+ with 4 kids and even brought... crayons for the adults to pass time, she informed ahead of time that only 1 cook was on shift but she would bring each meal outpromptly. Definitely over priced though. With waters and 2 kids meals my family of 4 cost almost 50$. Read more
