I?ve always eaten at Crystal?s in Gainesville Georgia but tonight I got food at Crystal?s in commerce and I?d have to say that... was the worst and the grossest food I?ve ever gotten. It was gross!! Definitely an older location. But when traveling to Atlanta it's always a treat to stop and get some Krystal burgers, as I do... not have a Krystals in my town. The food was good and the staff we're very nice and the service was very quick. Read more
It took nearly 7 minutes from the time I was told "hold on just a minute" to the time my drive thru order was able to be taken.... There was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru and maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. Just all around incredibly slowservice. Read more
We've eaten here a couple of times. The food is good, the staff is friendly, but in spite of their high score this place is... dirty. The tables were all dirty and there was only one other table of customers in the restaurant. The windows are so dirtyas well. The drink machine was out of order but it was absolutely filthy. The employees were not busy, most of the time theywere talking among themselves so I had to wonder why they couldn't take time to do a little cleaning while standing around. Ifyou eat here you'd be wise to just use the drive through so you're not exposed to the dining room. I just hope the kitchen isclean. Read more

Krystals were good. Chick's were cold and hard, not what I've gotten from other locations. Service is extremely slow, extremely.... This location in Commerce off of 85 has major potential if they'd get it together. The other restaurants in the area and furtheroff interstate are killing it with business. This store is always the least crowded in the extreme on that strip. That aloneshould and probably does speak to people. Read more
