I cannot explain how happy I am tonight! It was 10:50pm, this location closes at 11pm. I was craving a pizza because I am... currently pregnant, and this was the only place open still at this time close to my location. when my husband drove me to getthe pizza we called as soon as we got outside, a gentlemen picked up the phone took my order WITHOUT hesitation and helped usout. My husband went inside to pay for the pizza, the ladies working were so nice to him and him coming out with the pizza,getting in the car and handing it to me, I could not wait to get home to take a bite ????. Ordered 2 pizzas, a pepperoni and a meat lovers...received a pepperoni pepperoni with no sauce and a meat lovers that had... mushrooms/onions and peppers- definitely not meat lovers. Takes half an hour to get there so it?s ridiculous that attention todetail lacked?GM called without prompting and we chatted. Acknowledged the issue and working on it. Thank goodness you can dine in again! We were seated quickly and they were pretty busy. They had 2 ladies working the dining... room and they were quite attentive to our needs. Food came out quickly and was as ordered, hot, and fresh. The taste was great.I'm so used to eating it 30 mins after it was cooked for take out. Dine in is the way to go. My only complaint really was thatthe inside is DARK! So much so that we used our cell phone lights to look at the menu. Please Pizza hut... Put some lights inthis place even if it's the ugly hanging ones from the old days. Overall it was a good experience. A really high 4, but notquite a 5 since I couldn't see the menu or what I was eating without using my cell phone light. It's not a bar or movie theater,turn on some lights! I'd eat here again and soon. It's certainly better than it has been in the past. Read more
Great service and even better food! I cashed in my reward points again for free cinnamon rolls and also ordered a cheese-stuffed... crust pizza with extra toppings.. and it was delicious and covered in toppings from top to bottom! 5 stars and two greasy thumbsup!
