If I could leave 0 stars I would . We went to this location on a Sunday. (9-18) We pulled up to order...nobody ever asked to... take order. We seriously waited about 5 minutes and then drove to window where there was a car picking up an order. We waitedat window in awe that there was nobody coming . One by one cars left . We did see an employee outside smoking while we werewaiting to order . Need serious overhaul at this location. Don't open at all of you don't want customers or care that everycustomer left. Read more
Waited patiently for my order to be taken. The guy at the drive thru window has a attitude and had a fit like a little child... because I asked him to remove the gravy. Do yourself a favor and completely avoid this pathetic excuse of a restaurant. I have visited this establishment a couple of... times (to give them the benefit of the doubt) and each visit has been a bad experience. This evening I pulled to the drive-thrukiosk at 7:45 was the only person in line. At 8:05pm, the employee notified me that they closed at 8pm. Please do yourself a favor and ride on past this restaurant to the Chick fil a. If this location is even open or will even take... your order when you do go by. I ordered my food and was told to pull up and someone would bring it out to me. As I waited twoyoung women working in the Popeyes screamed and cussed each other the whole time to where everyone (yes even outside thebuilding could hear them). You can also hear and see the GROWN man manager cussing and screaming at the one of the girl?s. Iwanted and they served at least ten people their food while I waited 45 mins to get my order. Every single person served whileI waited had to park and go in because their orders were wrong and one customer even recorded the manager screaming and cussinghim just because he asked for his money back. WOW, just when I thought this particular Popeyes couldn't get worse. They have never had inside dining since opening. In the... past the chicken was so so. Sides were always cold. I had lowered my expectations. Now... They aren't even open. Even thoughthe driver thru was supposed to be open. Sat in line for 15 because... Staff was friendly. I tried the spicy blackened chicken sandwich. It was delicious. I hope I can find it where I live.
