We have eat here a few times. Always the same. Terrible service. Charge you for sauce then don't give it to you and still charge... you again when you ask for the sauce you already paid for. No joke. Even got a manager involved and she literally couldn'tunderstand what was going on. We eat zaxbys alot and this one is the worst in our area. Read more

Spent over $45.00. Didn't get my extra sauces (that I paid for). Didn't even get sauces in the boxes. Told them extra ice. But... they put on the receipt extra fries. (Didn't even get those). Didn't even get forks or napkins. (Went through the drive thur)and then been trying to call them and tell them and of course no one is answering. ???? Was in the area visiting my son and grandsons and ordered dinner. Staff was friendly but I asked before I left be sure to... include dressing and sauces the manger said yes they are in the bag guess what the salad dressing missing. Anyway that wasn?tthe worst part my salad was the worst part it was rubbery and chicken not chopped up in salad. Very disappointed in thislocation. Zaxby?s you can do better !!! Awful experience! The sandwich was over sauced and soggy and the chicken was just like rubber, barely even warm. The crew was so... loud and roudy, they were cussing and hollering. The chicken fingers were SO GOOD. Tasted like straight up God fried. If you could fry Heaven and dip that into mayonnaise and... ketchup, that's it. Customer service was on POINT. They called my order number and gave me what I ordered. Unbelievable! Read more

Good food, but usually slow drive thru line. It was ridiculously slow tonight and, when we got around to the speaker, we saw a... sign stating that the headset wasn't working and that they're taking orders at the window. The line took FOREVER to move. Theycould have put a sign at the BEGINNING of the drive thru lne instead of making us wait all that time to find out. Read more

coming from Tennessee we stopped at our favorite fast food, i love zaxbys don?t get me wrong but the chicken tenders are the... size of a fry (there were smaller ones than the picture) , and they didn?t season the fries very well at all. we will not bestopping here again! Read more
