I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich to go. The portion size was generous. It comes on a typical burger bun with two dill pickle... slices. Unlike other spicy chicken sandwiches making national news-(Not joking!) not long ago, this sandwich doesn't have anytype of sauce dedicated or used. You will be asked to choose the sauce you'd like. That threw me a bit because I wasn't preparedto be asked and wasn't familiar with their selections. Playing it safe I went with honey mustard. I live close by, but uponopening the foil lined pouch and found my sandwich sweat so much it was so soggy I needed to deconstruct it and place both sidesof the bun and the chicken in the oven to dry them out. I did not receive the sauce ordered. I was given two packets ofbarbeque. Once my oven dried and made it hot and crispy again I reassembled it, skipped the barbeque packets and used the honeymustard from my refrigerator. I've gotta say... It was worth the fuss! A great addition to the restaurants in Commerce! The staff are always friendly, and the lines move quickly. While they may be... missing a few items from the usual menu, their service is never lacking. Alyssa and Jacob are great workers and will alwaysgreet you with a smiling face. Read more
I could not be happier with the service at this Chick-fil-A. Most mornings I come in for breakfast and Alyssa will take my... order. She is the sweetest and always has my order correct. The food usually comes out pretty fast and all the staff on duty arealways friendly. I love coming to Chick-fil-A for breakfast and will keep coming back! Read more
For this Chick Fil A being run, conducted and maintained by college students, I am absolutely amazed by all of it. I always... receive my food in a reasonable amount of time, the staff is always so willing to make accommodations and be respectful to ANYcustomer. Walking in at 9 in the morning to get breakfast after an opening shift has never been one of my favorite experiencesuntil them. They have multiple rushes a day and are constantly busy, yet never run out of stamina to assist customers and be thebest part of their day. I also personally know a few of the workers and they are good friends of mine, they constantly bragabout how good their management team is and how efficiently they get things done. Service was impeccable! I first was taken care of by cashier Alyssa, and I must say...she was amazing! I ordered a frosted... lemonade and a frosted coffee...prompt and delicious!
