The service here was terrible smh not only did they get the order wrong but they were very unprofessional.... just handing out... random orders not really sure why I had to repeat myself if they are using computers to take the order smh so when I came backaround to correct my order they would not come to the window smh they sent the cook to come talk to us smh and she was veryprofessional and took the time to make it right... your night crew is not the business smh but kudos to the cook... she shouldbe the one in charge... thank you caulette Read more
Girl in the drive through was rude as hell!! All 5 drinks where so flat and nasty they where undrinkable! Got almost 30 chicken... nuggets and was given 2 dipping sauces. Tried telling the girl at the window and she slammed it shut!! Called to talk to themanager and she was just as rude! What Macdonalds charges for dipping sauce if it's more then 2!! They make a big deal about not giving extra sauces, make you pay for extra, get home to find the 2 you are allowed are not even... in the bag. Ridiculous. Good thing I bought extra or I'd have none. Read more
I've given up big macs and QPs. I dont use drive throughs, and this place now only uses the touch screens instead of a... cashier. I finally quit eating here. There's a mom and pop place and a taco stand nearby that will get my lunch money. Theyquit with most of the flubitch stuff and it looks like kids can play on the indoor jungle gym again. The mgr had on her teflonsuffocator but was polite. Everyone else was free breathing and friendly. Lunch is at 1100. Read more
I ordered a regular deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich and they gave me the spicy. I'm highly allergic to the sauce on it. When we... had asked for only TWO sauces, the employee was rude with us and handed us one. Everytime I go into their store, they seem lostand like they have no idea what they are doing. Specifically asked for 4 packets of BBQ sauce when at the drive thru. Got my order at the next window and started to drive off... when I checked my bag. Only had 1. Had to go in to get the other 3 and she wanted to charged me for them! That's why I orderedthem at the drive thru! They had their chance to get paid when I ordered it! Nice friendly employees fairly clean, outstanding layout sectioned off in modern station. Not alot of wait time from order to... pick up. Open dining, terrific lighting, great experience. Lots of seating, clean, and bright. A great stop anytime. Read more
This location is poorly managed, constant mistakes every time I go through drive through. Last night my order was short 2... burgers and a chicken sandwich. After being ignored at the front counter I had to step past the counter so someone wouldacknowledge me. Looked like at least 15 workers in the kitchen but none of them would even acknowledge folks waiting at thecounter for help. After finally getting 2 of my missing burgers they denied me the missing chicken sandwich because they weresure they put it in the bag. If you didn?t even get my order right the first time, how can you be so sure you didn?t place it inanother customers order. I was told I would have to wait to talk to a manager. When I was a teen working McDonald?s we weretrained to keep the customer happy and just give them what they are missing no questions asked. They treated me like if I wastrying to get one up on them.
