Drive thru is quick and staff has been friendly. I always get the correct order and they remind me about the condiments.
They always manage to mess up every order somehow. And the fryer grease is never changed apparently because the way the taco... shells taste half the time is awful. They are going to make someone sick. Read more

Ordered the $5 Breakfast Box which included sausage or bacon Breakfast quesadillas, hash brown, Cinnabon donuts and a medium... drink. Everything was delicious but was a little disappointed that the coffee maker was not working. Great value for breakfast. Read more

Every time I think I'll give them another chance to get things right they screw it up. There's lettuce on everything that is... ordered with NO lettuce, beans when I say NO beans, and they always forget the spicy ranch on the gordita crunch. That's noteven an alteration, it's SUPPPOSED to have that! As you can see in the photos, there's barely any cheese to hold it together andit has no spicy ranch. It's also supposed to have no lettuce and extra beef... I've worked in fast food before, including TacoBell, and I get it, mistakes happen. The problem is they get the same things wrong EVERY TIME we go, and it's usually verysloppily made too. It's never just one thing wrong either, it's usually most of the order. That's not a mistake anymore, that'sa pattern. Today, we tried to call multiple times to get our order fixed but they would not answer the phone. This is the worstTaco Bell I've ever been to and it's completely unacceptable. Don't bother going to this location. If you really must have TacoBell then go to the one in Sulphur Springs or something. Read more

Out of large cups, out of tea, out of every kind of soda but Pepsi and Mountain Dew. Nacho BellGranda had way more beans then... meat, must be out of meat also. Management sitting in dining room on their phones and computers. NEVER offered a discount OR anapology. If you can?t provide for your customers then maybe you should closed the doors!
