Worker smelled horrible and called me stupid for ordering candy online
Really wish I could rate this 711 negative 10 stars. I have been going here for years because it's so close to my house. I'm so... over the rude customer service, every cashier snatches items out of your hand. Also, you can never ask for anything because theyare either on their phone or talking to each other in a different language. They act like going in there to buy anything is suchan inconvenience. Not to mention every single male employee smells terribly like body odor. I will never return to this 711 Ican't understand how this gas station is still in business but I hope for the reputation of 711 someone revokes their franchise.I can't believe I've been spending my money here for so long Read more

I came in on a Friday night to grab some coffee. The store was spotless and the staff member who helped me was as friendly as... expected at a 7-Eleven. I wouldn't say he was rude by any means but he was not conversational and friendly at all either. Onlydisappointment with this location was that they were out of stock on some of the coffee I had hoped to get. But I won't complainall that much because what I ended up with was still great. The restroom was so bad I didn't want to touch the handle to open the door and the floors in the store were sticky and dirty as... hell. Informed the cashier who spent her idle time playing on her phone. Dont really think she understood what I was saying.Definitely never stopping by that store again. Read more
