My semi gave them a fleet one fuel card for pre authorization for $500. His fuel came to $390.24 in stead of charging his... card for the amount purchased they charged for $500 and gave him a western union money order for the remainder. BOOK KEEPINGNIGHTMARE. It is unbelievable how many different ways this store can make purchasing truck fuel a hassle! Stop blaming your Comdata machine... and get with the program!! Go visit other truck stops cause believe me, the hassles and time spent waiting to pay for fuel isalmost none existent! Train ALL employees properly and stick with a system that works!! Read more

Pumps ask if you want a receipt and majority of the time are out of paper so you have to go stand in a long line while they have... 1 cash register being operated and 2 other employees in the back standing around swapping personal stories. When I spoke to themanager about this I was told that they just don't have time to replace the paper in the pumps with everything else they have todo. The food in the heated shelves usually looks like it's been sitting there for quite some time. Mostly dried out, over cookedor, in the case of the pizza, cut into very thin slices and dried out. Store itself was very clean for the amount of traffic that appears to go through it. Shelves were stocked. Bathrooms could use... attention the three days in a row I stopped. Better than 75% of the other 7-11s. Read more
