Happy Hour with a view!

We were sitting at the restaurant having a good time and we overheard the workers telling the table next to us that they won?t... serve them anymore. I talked to them and asked what happened, they had said that their friend was partially deaf and she has ahard time talking which causes her to slur her words. The workers had cut her off because they claimed she was intoxicatedbefore even talking to her or letting her explain. They refused to serve her anything else but would serve the rest of thetable. Saddened to see that this once hidden gem has become so dismal. As someone who has been in the service industry for 20+ years, I... am very well aware of the struggles. However, there is so much more that can be done by this establishment. Updating your menu,or removing a services you no longer offer?like brunch. You owe that much to your guests. Needless to say, driving an hour tomeet family, to discover the ONLY item being served was a ?platter? of Sysco Foods warm and serve pancakes, fake biscuits,refrigerated breakfast pastries and microwaved sausages was absolutely disappointing. You all owe it to your guests to be honestand forthcoming about what they can anticipate their experience to be like. Read more

A hidden gem. There are Lots of places to eat up in Prarie View, but when they are packed- the Bison Grill is a good alternative... & usually not as busy. Freindly & efficient staff. Bar makes good Bloody Mary?s and we come here frequently for SundayBreakfast. Read more

Nice place to visit. I ordered fish and chips and I got the special, which apparently is fish and chips also. I've been to alot... of places but where I come from this is a fish sandwich. It was beautiful in presentation, the fish was cod, but it wasflavorless, no seasoning at all. I also do not like tartar sauce and it covered the bottom of the sandwich, but again there wasno flavor at all so it was like it wasn't even on the sandwich. My co worker ordered sweet potatoes tots and a bunless burger.They brought her out regular fries and when she finally got the toys that she ordered they were cold in the middle which leadsme to believe they were not fully cooked through because toys are frozen before cooking. Hidden Gem! Great atmosphere, great views,???? delicious food and not crowded. Josie was the best waitress we have had in a... while. Great service.???? We came right before 11:00. My son was able to get the breakfast burrito???? (he says it's the bestever????) and I got the Cheese Burger????. The Irish Red Beer???? was really good too. There is not many good restaurants (besides fast food) in this part of town. Bison Grill hits the mark with its venue, service and cuisine. I don't golf but I willreturn here to dine! Read more

Good food for a public golf course dining experience and the prices are reasonable. Was able to get immediate seating during... weekend dinner hour and great views from the shaded patio. Took advantage of some of the Happy Hour specials and selected asalad, chicken tenders and basket of fries. All were well prepared and served at appropriate temps. If you are lucky enough toget Jacqueline for your server, you are in for a great dining experience. She "gets it" when it comes to great customerservice. Very good pace of service, attentive enough to check and see what we needed without feeling overbearing and wasfriendly throughout. I would have gone five stars on this review, but we dined outside and honestly that area could use somerefreshing. It is looking a little dirty / dated and could use a good cleaning, especially the ceilings. Read more
