Great pizza. Always hot and fresh. Delivery may take a while from like 5-7 but the food still arrives really warm (and rarely... wrong)! we ordered one pizza and some wings that took a little over 2 hours to get here and once it finally did it was cold. the place... was 9 minutes away, even if it was very busy, there is no reason it should have taken more than an hour and maybe 20-30 min. midpizza not worth the wait. Read more
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 2+ HOURS! We ordered a pizza that took over two hours to be delivered.... Spoke to the manager who explained most of the delivery drivers have quit working for the company. Although that is unfortunate,the amount of time it takes to receive a delivery that is 5-10 minutes away is frustrating. There should be a different businessmodel that supports the drivers so there is guaranteed customer satisfaction. Perhaps have the manager deliver pizza, pay thedriver's an equitable salary, or improve your work culture/environment. This is my second time experiencing this because Ithought I'd give them another chance. I won't be supporting this location anymore. Horrible wait time for delivery Cold pizza and arrived smashed. The first time service and pizza was great, but the last 2 times... reminded me of the "old" Dominos. Their delivery insurance is laughable. Should have never strayed from Dion's! Far superiorpizza and service!! Read more
Driver was late. Pizza was cold. It was a meat lovers with barely any meat. Very little sauce and wasn't sliced. Tasted like... cardboard. Possibly the worst pizza I have ever tasted. All I could manage was 1 slice. Will never order from this locationagain. Matters made worst since I included a 20% tip. Total ripoff experience. Sorry I can't rate it 0 stars. Read more
This place has great potential but as of 6/22/22 they're a waist of time. No delivery, orders extremely backed up. Not double... checking orders for quality. Internet tracking is a lie. Needs work but if u got like 2or 3 hrs of patience then dont be afraidto eat here. Read more
Just ordered a pizza, took approximately 2 hours to be cooked and delivered. This location is at most 10 min away and delivery... took 30+ min and is cold and horrible looking. Atleast 3 slices are just bubbled up crust no toppings on them. One of the worstpizzas ive seen. Read more
?????????? BUYER BEWARE ???????? YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW! TRUST ME! Was going to give the benefit out the doubt. Now... I?ll preface by saying that I order food there all the time! I ordered there a few weeks ago and spent almost $100 on adelivery. I?ll also say that I always use Apple Pay! Well that was until a week and a half ago. I went in to get an offerredeemed, they said for my inconvenience they?d waive my free pizza. But it?s not something they can do if a free pizza is givenfor delivery only. Mind you they had delivery shut down both Saturday night and Sunday. I went in on Sunday and thoughteverything was great. Since I had to use my debit card to pay, I went ahead and used the reader. BIG MISTAKE!! On Mondaymorning I get a notification. Someone tried placing a 16 dollar at dominos around 9am. Weird, they apparently don?t open till10. Mind you my bank caught that and declined the charge. I called the store and the assistant manager confirmed their openerscome in at 9am. I explained my situation and asked for cameras to be looked at and a call back. It?s not Wednesday night and Ihave yet to receive a call back. Goes to show how little they cared about this! So please be careful of paying in person! Because mind you they used my card number! So please always check cards and methods of payments! Apple Pay and Google pay aregreat since they block the physical card number from getting to the vendor. I just hope this doesn?t happen to someone else.
