I placed my order at 5:30 10/30/22 website said it would be ready by 6 and it's now 6:30. I have been at the store for 20 min... with not one person giving Me and update. My son and I stepped in here to try out the chicken fried steak meal. The young lady at the counter took our order, while we... were waiting for our food, she continually yelled to another young lady who was in the food preparation area back and forth. Itwas loud and boisterous. We looked for a place to sit, most of the tables had residual food on them, it's probable that theywere really busy before we arrived and simply didn't have time to clean up. We did find a table that had been cleaned. We pickedup our food at the counter and sat at the table to eat. The chicken fried steak was served quite crispy and hot, it was verygood. Went to other day to get my family dinner and they refused to let white people in to order food in the lobby but every black... person that went to the door they let in the lobby and then left 4 cars sitting in the drive thru for 20+ min with out takingany orders or communication.
