Tried to order and they said it's been 5oo busy we had to wait 5 minutes.. after waiting about 5-10 they said they were done... taking orders. I placed my order at 5:30 10/30/22 website said it would be ready by 6 and it's now 6:30. I have been at the store for 20 min... with not one person giving Me and update. Employees are cussing at each other slamming stuff around. It's pure chaos. I decidedto give this place another chance after my last horrible experience and it's still horrible. My son and I stepped in here to try out the chicken fried steak meal. The young lady at the counter took our order, while we... were waiting for our food, she continually yelled to another young lady who was in the food preparation area back and forth. Itwas loud and boisterous. We looked for a place to sit, most of the tables had residual food on them, it's probable that theywere really busy before we arrived and simply didn't have time to clean up. We did find a table that had been cleaned. We pickedup our food at the counter and sat at the table to eat. The chicken fried steak was served quite crispy and hot, it was verygood. The mashed potatoes and the coleslaw were perfect. This is a great choice for a quick meal. Read more
Went to other day to get my family dinner and they refused to let white people in to order food in the lobby but every black... person that went to the door they let in the lobby and then left 4 cars sitting in the drive thru for 20+ min with out takingany orders or communication. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Was told the fryers were just heating back... up. Was not given a est. on how long so we pressed for an answer which by the way was told to be 15 mins, from a rude workernamed Tori. Then Tori just left us waiting at the drive thru WITHOUT taking our order. So we were like hello... The reply ''oh Ididnt know you were ordering. '' We saw young worker grabbing butts, lifting their shirts, walking around outside, smokingcigarettes, and just farting around. 15 mins later NOTHING. So we tried to go inside but the doors were locked! Finally we getin and they say another 15 mins. Total lack of training, no value of customer service, and NO PROFESSIONALISM. Tori was extremely rude. Telling my daughter to shut up. When I asked for her name she then hung out the drive thru window and... flipped me off. Didn't have any chicken ready at 730 at night and they don't close till 10. Everytime I go I get told I haveto wait for chicken and then all the workers are outside hanging out in the cars smoking. My order is always missing something.This is totally unacceptable. Will NEVER eat at that KFC again. It's worth the drive to go to another one just for goodservice. Read more
7/19/22. Commerce City KFC Once again you did not fail to disappoint. The girl voice at the drive thru was extremely rude. A... simple acknowledgement of my order change would have been nice. I won't be back for a long time. However the young man thathanded me my order was nice. Church's has much better customer service. I will go there from now on. Read more
We were told to pull up to the front and they would bring our order out. After 25 minutes I went inside and was told they were... waiting on the fries. There were 3 people in the dining area waiting on food and 2 other people walked inside to pick up their"drive-thru" orders. 10 minutes later I was handed my order and walked to my car and noticed I was missing 2of 3 orders of friesand a Capri Sun. I went back inside and had to wait another 15 minutes for the fries. By this time our food was cold, my chickensandwich was hard and dry. Read more
