Went through the drive thru and they told us to park out front and they would have it out when it was done and then left me... sitting in the parking lot for 30 min before I went inside and then they told me it was my fault for doing what they asked me todo! Will never recommend until they make everything right, especially when I spent like 95.00 Read more
I went to get a pizza they never have anything ready ever you know they call them ready to go pizzas cause you buy them and... ready to go every other little caesars does this but not here and there open light is off all day you open or not worst littlecaesars I ever been to should be a no star ? save your time go to another one or get bad experience here... Ordered over $100 worth of pizza for an event on 6/27, went to the store to pickup to find out the power had been out for over 2... hours and the pizza was obviously not ready. Have reached out via phone 10+ times for a refund and no one answers or they pickupand hang up. Terrible!! Read more
Used to like this place when they had friendly people handling the service now there's a bunch of snotty little kids that run... the drive-thru or the front rolling their eyeballs what kind of customer service is that when the guests could see your faceexpressions on how you feel about them coming into order pizza from their place it's sad that they don't have the propertraining on good customer service I give this place a thumbs down and it shouldn't even have the full one star it shouldn't evenbe a half a star Read more
Very disappointed ordered two sausage pizza and a reg pep got charged for two extra most bestest sausage and pep. And was told... it would be a 10 minute wait waited for 30 minutes and then when I went inside to ask what was going on they were just sittingin the warmer and had been ready. Really extra what? there was barley regular toppings on it. This is the second timesomething has happened where I've had to wait for our order just to be messed up the girl who helped us at 7:24 was very rudeand rolled her eyes when I asked why we were waiting this long when they were ready.
