It?s actually hard to believe how bad this location is at fulfilling orders. It?s like they do it deliberately. If you want... large fries, you need to place three orders then combine them all. If you want an accurate order, go inside and use the kiosk.That way you?re already inside when they mess up the order and don?t have to park or drive back. I?m worried about our society. Read more
45 minutes not one person came to clean up sitting areas. Service and cleanliness were terrible. Families are clearing tables to... sit. Store is not even busy enough not to stand around and laugh and loudly talk about person life matters. Manager doesn't careto act like she was concerned that I had no where to sit. Even after I asked to clean off a table for our family to sit shestood against the coffee machine area and just crossed her arms. 5 minutes after getting our food was a table finally cleared bya girl who wiped the chairs before our table. How unsanitary. After eating I was disgusted at how most tables were filthy andnever saw a person come sweep all the food on the floor. Most employees were just talking and laughing near the drive throughwindow. Somebody needs fix this. It's getting worse and worse through the months. Also unable to find how trash cans can be sodisgusting. One bag of trash was changed during my visit. As you can tell she thought it to disgusting to even close the door.What is going on! Read more
