Location used to be efficient but lately the past month every mobile order I have placed has been late as far as being ready,... 3-6 minutes turns into 10-15, and worse enough while waiting inside for my order not one person ever acknowledges me. I placed a mobile order this morning of 2 drinks. My 1st drink was ready in about 10 minutes. My 2nd drink I had to wait another... 25 mins. I ordered both drinks through my mobile app at the same time! Why would they not make them around the same time?? The 2ladies with reddish hair should really take a customer service class and learn how to treat customers!! They are both extremelyrude every time I go in and they are working! I am usually there daily! Also the one working today that was wearing a blackbeanie basically just moved stickers around on the counter, in the 35 mins I waited for my drink. She was not working!! customer service is friendly, the restaurant is very nice and clean. the only thing I didn't like was the time I had to wait in... the drive through to get my coffee, 20 minutes! It's a lot of waiting, and more so when you're on your way to work. Read more

Watch your bank statements!!! Purchased coffee and breakfast yesterday morning, woke up to a $99 charge titled ? open air a pos... system? my bank statement also states I signed for both of these purchases made at the same time which I did not. This is theonly place I use this specific card at , so no chance of it being another charge I don?t remember. Read more

I am just disappointed but not surprised that a customer would yell and degrade the staff for YOUR ERROR!!! COME ON!! BE THE... ADULT AND OWN YOUR ERROR. but you are right, blame the 20something. Makes sense. I was impressed how cool and calm the managerwas and how well he defended his staff. Kudos to him. I will be back....not for the "entertainment" but for a staff that willstick up for each other. Sadly, they have to. Read more

I love Jack he is so nice and friendly. He always remembers who we are every Friday we order! But our order has gotten messed up... a couple times when we ordered hot they made it iced 2 weeks in a row. Read more

Poor customer service and attention to detail of their job. I had my Americano handed to me ?fresh? and as I walked out to take... a drink it was luke warm. Not even hot? I might as well have ordered it iced. I will not be returning to this location again andwould highly suggest anyone to go a different Starbucks. Read more

Avoid this Starbucks. Going through the Drive-thru is awful. Very rude and when you get up to the window to retrieve your... order, they argue with you. They basically call you a liar and don't offer to correct it. Their unwillingness to take care oftheir customers is obvious. Drive somewhere else. They are the worst! Read more
