Terrible customer service! $50.00 order and they left things out. Missing 2 bags of chips and 1 drink! That's it! Simple... solution would be a small refund... Wrong! They refused to give a refund and instead accused my employee (who walked across thestreet to pick it up) of stealing! Michael the manager was the guy I was dealing with! He started yelling at me! A manager whoneeds training on customer service... no wonder why this place is terrible! I was calm and polite but this guy was a piece ofwork and NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Never going back! Read more

I'm not sure who or why someone would cover a sandwich with so much mayonnaise that it is not only in the sandwich but covering... the bread on the outside as well. Did not ask for extra. It was a mess. Read more

Ordered online, picked up. Nice service!!! I would suggest a side counter to pickup so I don't have to wait in a long... line....kinda defeats the purpose. Read more

Probably the best Subway I've ever eaten at before. Everything was fresh and fantastic, and the young lady who helped me was... very nice. Only one complaint, I love tomatoes on my sandwiches. And subway is notorious for never having decent tomatoes. Andthis one was no different. But everything else was great, so 5 stars! Read more

First time visiting this place. Went in and ordered two sandwiches. The lady there charged me for three. I noticed on my way out... and came back in to point out the mistake. She said she didn't know how to refund my money and I would have to wait 30 minutesfor the next employee to show up. I was very understanding and patiently waited. The next employee was ten minutes latearriving, bringing to 40 minutes the amount of my life wasted waiting because of the mistake. When the other employee arrived, she completely ignored me and typed in her code to get me a refund. Completely ignored, as in, I was trying to talk to her andshe didn't even acknowledge my existence or even look at me. The other employee tried explaining to her what happened. The ladyopened the register and gave me my $8 back. No apologies or anything. I explained that I had been waiting for over 40 minutesand asked if there was anything she could do to remedy that. She told me she couldn't do anything. I left and was extremelyunhappy. I had other things to do besides wait around for her to get there and give me my money back. The crew on staff at 2:30 on 7/24/2021 can?t make a decent sandwich that isn't messy. Maybe if they wasn?t just talking to each... other and not focused on work we might have had a better experience as well. Read more
