Don't waste your time going to this Taco Bell. The staff are very poorly trained, not knowing how to make any items on the menu.... Their management likely aren't so great either because they can't seem to keep the required number of staff employed. Every timeI visit, doesn't matter if it's in the morning, afternoon or evening, they ALWAYS have their doors locked with the lobby closeddown. It's pathetic. This has been going on for MONTHS with no change for the better. I'm honestly surprised this location isstill even operational. You would think by now that a district manager would come step in to take charge and do what they couldto save the store and get it back up and running right but nah. They don't care. So we shouldn't either. Maybe when we stopchoosing that location and start migrating to other Taco Bells in protest so that they'll notice the loss in profit -- then andonly then will they put things right. Read more
Placed an order from home with the app and spent 25 minutes in the drive thru because their lobby is always closed. When I get... to the window I have to ask for the Fire sauce I already asked for everytime I go to this location. One of the burritos had abean stain and a sprinkling of rice. On the upside they did remember to grill the beefy burrito but I won't waste any more timeor gas in their drive thru to pick up food that was ordered over 30 minutes prior to receiving it. Read more
I had a pretty bad experience at this location. I ordered 3 bean burritos (2 fresca style) and a potato soft taco. The person... working didn't know what fresca style meant, so I had to explain it. He seemed to be having trouble with the register, so hesaid he would fix it and have my total at the window. When I got to the window he said they were out of potatoes, so I asked tochange the taco to another bean burrito. I handed him my card and when he gave me the receipt I saw he rang me up for 2 beanburritos and 2 beefy 5-layer burritos (which are about double the cost of bean burritos). I said I didn't order any beefyburritos. He handed me a stack of coupons and said they already made the beefy burritos and wanted to give me the food they maderather than the food I ordered. I said no, and waited until they made more bean burritos. He handed me the bag and said "well wemade up for it", which was confusing to me because they gave me exactly the food I ordered but overcharged me for it. I guessthe coupons were meant to "make up for it." There was no apology of any kind, and I definitely won't return to this location.Managers here are clearly doing a poor job of training staff on the basics of customer service as well as basic knowledge aboutTaco Bell's menu.
