Kaila is a manager she is always smiling she is very helpful always tries to make everyone happy knows almost every customers... name. Wow blows my mind after coming in to eat 1 time the next time I came in to eat she remembered my name wow I also heardher calling others by there name and the look on their faces was like mine shocked. I went through the drive thru around 9pm, couldn't find what I was looking for on the menu but told they still offered the... Baconator, so I ordered three of the meals. I about fell out the car with the total of the bill, thought damn they really raisedtheir prices.. After getting home and reading the receipt I was charged for three of the double Baconator meals up sized tolarge. Read more
Don?t waste your time or money. Lights apparently have been out for over 5 months now with no repair. Not safe. Can?t even see... menu to order. Rude drive thru, girl nearly threw food through the window and then slammed it shut. Burgers were cold and hadno sauce on them at all? Read more
Had to go into the restaurant to get a new sandwhich after they ignored the request for no mayo on the sandwhich. The guy even... repeated it to me through the transceiver. Update 10.7.22 7pm no lights on the menus... ghetto Wendys. Need to shut this placedown. Read more
Shows the difference between good service and bad. Im a flatbed tow truck driver and getting into drive thru isn't worth the... time or effort to get stuck or break something. Lobby was closed due to short staff but were willing to accommodate me. Read more
Service is great, but I do have 2 major complaints. #1 there are always too many flies inside the restaurant. They should... have some sort of fly control system in place. #2 the soda machines in the lobby are freaking always out of the Minute MaidLemonade products. Always have to go to the counter to get refills. Read more
Just got a Dave's single and double. The meat was ridiculously dry. Even the ketchup and mayo couldn't stand a chance. Thank God... I had a big bottle of water. And yet they've got the nerve to charge 6 bucks a Burger. Unbelievable Read more
