I will be honest I haven't come to eat here in a couple of months so I'm not sure if what I say will be how service is now... currently. I still wanted to share my experiences I've had here the past couple of times. I want to believe its not directly thefault of the employees as I feel they might be incredibly short staffed and overworked but because of that, the service has beenextremely lacking. You online order and when you show up you still have to wait 30-50 minutes after pick up time and that doesnteven include maybe the 10 minute leeway time from possibly being late due to your drive. When you do get your order 8/10 one ofthese things will occur: 1: you're sauce is missing 2: fries/wings are cold and stale or undercooked 3: part of your order ismissing 4: your entire order is just wrong. Many times the wings are still pinkish with the batter still white and soft on theinside. The employees always look incredibly stressed so I want to assume its a shortstaff issue. If there is more than enoughemployees and the problem is simply just bad employees then management should take a relook into the people they are hiring.Nonetheless something has to be fixed and thats purely management responsibility to which has been lacking more than likely forthe past year if not more. I made an online order and picked it up just fine. I got all the way home and noticed they only gave us half of our order. Even... worse, the wings they did give us were cold, hard and old. Not to mention, half of them had absolutely NO seasoning/sauce atall. The fries were old and cold too. When I tried to call about it, I got hung up on twice. The quality and customer servicewas horrible?I feel like I wasted my time money and appetite. I DO NOT recommend. Read more

The website and store says it closes at midnight but they deny you service before midnight. So this store advertises false... business hours. Shouldn?t say that it closes at 12AM if they won?t let you order. Read more

Waited 30 minutes for my online order. It was ready the entire time. They didnt care. Get home to half the order missing. Fries... were cold and hard. Love the food, just not from this store. Read more

The fries were cold and the wings were hard as a rock. My kids boneless wings were raw. It was not worth the wait.
