Don't order online or car side to go as they don't bring it out & just let it sit & get cold. Then the older ladys excuse was... she didn't realize it was car side to go order. Really? Please read the order!!! And online ordering automatically adds a 20%tip to your order, I was ok with that as I like to support the food industry & servers. So when I went in to get my cold food Iasked for my tip back, which was over $8.00, & the same lady said she couldn't do it cause it was a online order. Are youKIDDING me? I'm obviously upset & she says I'm not sure what you want me to do, I didn't see it said carside to go. You shouldof called us. WHAT!?? My first time going into this location. There was the manager and one other employee who was obvious new. They greeted us... immediately and told us it would be a minute. It's obvious that the manager was training this employee and he was doing itfantastically. He was calm, patient and guiding the young man to find his own answers by using the prep guides posted.
