Good but sometimes the smoothies aren't blended enough and the smoothie is chunky

There?s a lot to say about tropical for starters I have NEVER ordered the super green coarser wrap and not have them mess it up... sadly I just stick to the Quesadilla witch is the same quality as one I could make at home, they also keep it freezing insidenot just a little cold but freezing to the point where I don?t want to go inside and DEFINITELY not eat! I?ve also had timeswhere they don?t blend my smoothie enough and I get frozen fruit clumps, also had times where they overpowered one fruit forexample when I ordered a blimy limy all I tasted was frozen lemonade! Routinely take the business line off hook so you can't call in orders. Must be a management decision it's always happening

My daughter and I were the only people in the store, the 4 employees took a very long time to walk to the counter and look at... us. I ordered Two smoothies and a grilled cheese . It took a very long time, once the smoothies were done some young guy walkedin with paperwork, not sure what that was about. whoever was making the smoothies decided to engaged in somewhat of an interviewwhile We waited, and waited. Need I say more?.two of the girl were robot dancing while we waited. Do you have cameras in thestore? I?m happy the girls were having fun but we didn?t have 15 min to wait when there were zero customers in the place andonly two take out orders on the screen. Read more

I have no idea why I tried this place. It is just a dud. I cannot imagine anyone reading this review to decide to get a... smoothie especially since there are no alternatives in the area. My opinion is this place is very forgettable. Read more

Ordered delivery through the app. Order was missing 2 smoothies upon delivery. Tried calling store but no one picked up (more... than 2hrs before closing). Really wanted the smoothies so we reordered the missing ones and submitted feedback on the app tohopefully have this secondary order refunded Read more

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this place obviously needs some guidance. Upon entering they scream at you, "Need a... mask!" I'm willing to comply, but they could say it in a much friendlier way. This is definitely not how I would greet mypatrons. Three people walked right back out and didn't return. We ordered a wrap, a sandwich, and a smoothie. When we opened ouritems at home, neither of the items were what we had ordered. At least our son enjoyed his smoothie. Read more
